Problem:Users need an efficient way to build their credit & improve their financial literacy while managing their finances on the go.
Solution: To design a mobile app that lets users manage all their credit cards from one place, track all 3 credit scores, & access resources to improve their credit.
I used unmoderated usability studies with participants to understand their needs. I then gathered research to assess user pain points & opportunity spaces.
As the UX researcher & designer, I defined the core functions, established the experience journey, and successfully developed high-fidelity prototypes.
